      Friday 6th January
      Apologizes to all who have had difficulties in getting to this website over the last 24hr. There has been a problem in the data center which is out of my control.

      This is what I’ve been told —

      We’re seriously considering which providers we should use in the future after this as 12 hours downtime for a network issue is totally unacceptable. The downtime isn’t because we haven’t managed the server properly or the server overloaded like common issues at other providers, rather something we can’t do anything about as we don’t manage the network. I’m just as upset as you are. We aren’t happy with OVH because of this. Luckily, we have servers in different data centres and locations in case issues like this happen, and so it doesn’t affect all of our customers. Still, we like to provide the best uptime for all our customers as possible.

        Saturday 7th January
        This is what I’ve been told —

        This issue has now been resolved.

        The network outage caused all sorts of hardware issues with NIC and network configuration as well as several other issues. We had to spend a lot of time carefully correcting everything in order not to lose any data.

        Thank you for your patience while we resolved this unfortunate issue; we had excellent server/network uptime for 7 months on this server until the network outage occurred. we could only wait for DC to correct the network outage. Once DC resolved the network outage (which took a very long time), we were then able to carry on fixing everything else.

        Hopefully, everything should be okay now. If you notice any issues, please let us know asap.
