OW33 Rigging

      I would very much appreciate any thoughts on the sail/mast setup for the OW. I am aware that PP thought the design could take another 6ft on the mast but has anyone done that? Has anyone experimented with different/unusual sail setups? Any help/advice welcomed. TY in advance

        I've owned Moonpie (ex Incatuation, ex Wilgar Jari) since 2004 and can certainly attest to the fact that the stick needs more height. I've looked, but not found an example of anyone that has made this modification, but it would have to be an improvement.

        I do have light air 150% genoa that I use as a drifter. The sheets are run through adjustable blocks mounted on a track on the side decks adjacent to the cockpit, then through snatchblocks on the pushpit and up to the winches. Works great for light air, off the wind work.

          looks like we have two ow33 owners here ..Dave Robert, Paul Harris is that right ? I've been trying to meet with the owner of the ow33 here .. delayed a few weeks but now we are shoot for next monday 🙂
