I am planning to fit a hot @ cold water pressure system on my Ht 27 this winter. It will be coupled up to a Perama M20 diesel.
Has anyone got or done a similair installation and be willing to share any details, tank size, pump type, engine pick up points for the primary loop??
Any pictures ,info would be welcome

A slightly different installation to yours but i hope this helps:

2 flexible water tanks, tiangular, one in each bow.
2 seperate water pumps (Jabsco), one for hot and one for cold, allows good pressure from both if used at the same time. Both pumps fitted inside the bows by the tanks. Cost £45 each.
A 10 litre calorifier (£165). Run by either a 1KW immersion heater when on shore power and a hydronic eberspacher (£260 2nd hand) when not. Obviously you won't need the Eber.
A 1 litre expansion tank on the calorifier to save having an overboard drain on the calorifier.

Muddy Paws is our first boat with pressurised hot and cold and it is luxury! A major factor in extending our cruising both into the winter and a longer summer cruise.
