You may not be aware, but the EU monster was, and maybe still is, hatching plans to stop boat DIY owners applying antifouling paint. There are other details of course. To that end a survey was undertaken about DIY practice. Did you do it? Here's the press release from the British Coatings Federation (with whom I have no relationship) about the findings.
If you have an antifouling you value because of its performance (ie contents), and you can store a few seasons worth of cans, perhaps you ought to buy it in and store it?
