Phil there was an HT in that area that came across from Ireland had engine trouble and was left. The Harbour Master assumed that the owner would return with parts to collect it within a short time. That never happened. I don't know why, maybe the cost was just too great. I'm not entirely sure if this is the smae vessel, but I think it is likely. Hope this helps.
