Juup…when I had an HT we did fit a small helmsman seat by the wheel. It interfered with the opening of the aft cabin door (just) but made long stints of helming easier. If you are careful and pick a small slimline seat, it will probably work for you. You can easily sit on the aft cabin with remote control for the autopilot, or in the other places you suggested.
