In reply to your thoughts about contra rotating gearboxes….I spoke with Vetus and mentioned this…they seemed to think that if you fitted the control gear upside down and ran in reverse you would solve the problem..that was their answer to the question rather than an answer to solve your problem if you get my drift. Maybe, if you spoke with them, their explanation would be clearer to you than mine!
