Reply To: window trim to finish vinyl headlining

Bruce, Thanks for your help. Your plywood frames look terfific. It finishes the windows off much better than the original, I think. I had slowly come to the conclusion that that was the only way to go, but wasn't relishing the work required to make the frames, especially considering there are four different types of window and I've got many other tasks in hand to get the boat up to scratch!. Did you cut out whole frames or have a split in the middle to save waste?
