Hi Alastair,
When we owned Camargue (HT Mk 3), we had precisely the same problem.
After much research we concluded that it wasn’t cost effective to get anything manufactured…so ended up making the frames ourselves.
In the end we created a plywood frame for every window in Camargue, using 9mm teak faced marine plywood and drilled holes to align with the original window nuts. To smarten things up we also purchased 5mm S/S window screws and set these into the wooden frames.
If you want to see the results I would recommend you take a look at some of the photo’s on the following website: Camargue
In terms of effort, we were able to produce two frames a week working just a couple of hours each evening….and then fitting them at the weekend (at the same time as re-bedding the actual window in fresh mastic).
