It seems we both had the same idea! I am fitting a mars brushless electric motor to my HT Two's Company and am looking forward to first test motors in about six weeks. Your setup seems to work well from the sounds of things? I have mounted my motor ( without regen) onto an outboard motor leg and I am going to try using the original prop to start with, what prop / set up have you used?
