Hi Bill
Sorry cant help but thought I would reply to make you feel a bit more noticed. What exactly do you mean by mechanical. On my HT I have a single cable connection and both rudders connected by the big wooden beam. I am , though thinking of using twin cables and getting rid of the tie bar.
