By using this form you can choose whether you receive emails from us and also whether your details are added to the membership list booklet. If you have any questions please contact us using the "Contact Us"
page. But first in order to verify who you are we need to send you an email which will contain a coded link. You need to use that link which will bring you back to the second stage - the Privacy Settings.

Privacy Settings and the way we use your data

The HTCCA has a Data Privacy Policy which can be found at www.htcca.co.uk/privacy-policy/ Your data will be stored and used in accordance with this policy.

We will store any data we hold on you as securely as we possibly can, and we will not knowingly share your data with anyone outside the HTCCA. We will only contact you for the legitimate interests of running the association We will not sell your details to anyone for marketing of any kind. Please note that the Association publishes an annual directory (or membership list) in printed form, Members name, address, phone number, email, boat name, boat type, and sailing area are listed.  Please be aware that once your details appear in printed form, it will not be possible to remove your data from that year’s list should you withdraw your consent.
