Hi, Neville,
On my HT MK1, previous owner had glassed in two 4″ wooden sacrificial keels. ( Cannot think why he completely encased them in Glass Fibre as I would think that this defeats the object.) I didn't notice this and added a 2 inch Iroko keel to each hull. This has increaded the draft by 6 inches, so check whether yours had had any extra bits added on.
