    Hi Neville
As our HT 27 is out of the water now I'll take some measurements.I'm not sure if the hulls are of the same hight, but i'll measure also from the ground.
I read somewhere that , you take a long transparent waterhose , lay it on the ground and hang the ends ffrom bow and stern. Then fill the hose with water till the desired hight of the waterline. Then carefully take one end and walk along the hull leaving marks at the waterlevel. Then take the hose to the other hull and repeat this action on the other hull. (don't take one end of the hose from the first hull)
Needless to say that the boat has to stay level otherwise the waterline will be strangelooking in the water.

Ps I've just finished scraping off six layers of antifouling to find a thick layup of epoxy anti-osmosis (copper filled for anti fouling) Not a scratch but minor repairs at near the anodes..
I'll add another layer of the same stuff. http://www.ecolinecoatings.com/
(I looked like mrs Slocombe of Are you being served, my hair colored blue)

    Best wishes from Holland
    Juup
