thank you for the information and the offer!
Some weeks ago I rang Torqeedo up,to ask for an outboard with more power. I got the information that they will produce outboards with more power in the near future, what ever that means ?He did not
like to become more precise.Perhaps one or two years.
You asked me for more details; so I sent an e-mail to
Torqeedo and asked them when the sailing community will be able to exchange their legendary
Yamaha 9.9 for a Torqeedo with ca. the same power.
Yesterday I got a call from Torqeedo that they have very big problems.The got so many orders , and now they do not have enough men-power.
There is no capacity for new designs.
By the way, I was a little bit astonished when one of the assistants asked me, what please, is a Yamaha 9.9?
