Regarding replacement propellers would suggest you contact Vetus (Vetus Den Ouden Ltd).
ian.bowles@vitessemarine.co.uk (Vetus distributors) should be able to help.
Typical prices range from £108.10 to £126.90 for a 12″ to 14″ prop respectively – for a fixed 3-bladed propeller (type P3B) that is suitable for “displacement” craft with speeds of up to 10 knots. Alternatively you could consider a Bruntons Varifold/autoprop propeller (david@bruntons-propellers.com) but you will be looking £800+ each.
