I am a new member and a new owner of Sula, a HT built in 1976. She was totally restored by the owner I bought her from in 2002. I have been sailing a Wharram Tangoroa that I built and launced in 1983. I sailed this boat, Rhannon, down Chesapeake Bay last fall, where I happened upon Sula. I feel in love with this unique boat, and told the owner that if he ever considered selling her to let me know. To make a long story shorter, I was able to purchase her, and sailed her to her home port off of the Deleware Bay in southern New Jersey, USA. I am looking forward to sailing her to southern New England this summer, with my wife, Cindy. If anyone has any suggestions on researching it, I would like to find out Sula's history. I understand that there were several companies over the years that have built this design.
